• All Zizara moissanite pieces are crafted by our international ateliers and shipped directly from our global warehouse. This allows us to maintain the highest quality while making our luxury pieces accessible worldwide.

Shipping Cost

• FREE shipping throughout the UK.

• Shipping costs may apply to international orders outside the UK.

• Shipping is non-refundable in the event of a return, except as set out below.

Shipping Refund Policy

✅ Shipping IS refunded when:

• The product is proven defective or damaged

• The item received is significantly different from the official description

• You cancel within 14 days of receipt (your legal right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 / Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

• We fail to meet the quality standards described on the site

❌ Shipping is NOT refunded when:

• You cancel after the 14-day legal window has passed

• You simply changed your mind or the product didn't suit your personal preference outside the 14-day window

• The item matched its description but wasn't what you expected

• You selected express shipping (only the cost of standard shipping is ever refundable)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address you supplied.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

• The carrier will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
